I’m bringing you an At Home Workout! There’s a little twist to this workout.
It’s all on sliders.
Just because it’s at home doesn’t mean everything needs to be body weight exercises. I would strongly recommend picking some sliders up. You can do this workout on carpet or a rug.
In the meantime, while your sliders are being shipped, grab some hand towels and use those instead on a hard surface.
If you have access to a gym, I would ask the personal training area if they have any. Not all big gyms have those available.
We use these every week in bootcamp and they’re incredible. Good for moving furniture, too. 🙂
FULL WORKOUT: LEGS AND CORE
- SLIDER LUNGE W/ AB TWIST
- 15 reps each leg
- SLIDER SIDE LUNGE
- 15 reps each leg – make sure to sit your butt back and keep your chest up
- SLIDER SPRINTS
- 30 seconds – fast as you can
- SLIDER HAMSTRING CURL
- 15 reps – alternate each leg – for a total of 30 reps
- SLIDER PLANK JACK
- 30 seconds
- SLIDER PIKE UP
- 30 seconds
REPEAT CURCIT 4X
